At the Long Beach Latino Chamber of Commerce, we do more than connect businesses — we build ecosystems of opportunity. Powered by Our Generation Cares (OGC), our youth-led social enterprise network brings fresh energy, creativity, and purpose into the local economy.
Through mentorship, workforce development, and real-world experience, our OGC youth interns help shape every event, partnership, and initiative — proving that the future of Latino entrepreneurship is already here, learning, building, and leading.
